Who is it for?
Small nonprofits, from one person to a team of ten, who track grants in a spreadsheet and want reminders without moving to expensive grant software.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Share your copy like any Google Sheet. Everyone with edit access can use the sidebar; one license covers the spreadsheet.
Does it find grants for me?
No. It tracks the grants you are pursuing and have won. Use it alongside whatever you use to find funders.
Does it work in Excel?
The automated version needs Google Sheets. For Excel, the one-time spreadsheet template has the same tabs and dashboard formulas.
Can I add my own columns?
Yes. Add columns, notes and formulas anywhere. Grant Tracker only fills in its own columns, which it finds by their headers.
Where is my data stored?
In your spreadsheet, in your Google account. Tidyfield never receives it. See the privacy policy.
What if I stop paying?
Your tabs, formulas and dashboard keep working. Reminders, the calendar, imports, report schedules and the sidebar forms pause.
Is it on the Google Workspace Marketplace?
Not at the moment. You get it as your own copy of a spreadsheet, so the code runs in your account.
